Warranty, exchange and return


All SOLO products have been tested. The quality of products has been confirmed by certificates and complies with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.

The product certificates are available here.

We work with the most reliable and approved suppliers of raw materials and fabrics, employ modern technologies at our production facilities, which is why we are always confident about the high quality of the products we manufacture.

The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.


Returning non-faulty product

You can return product that does not fit you within 7 days from the date of its receipt. We only accept items in new condition, in their original packaging, with all the labels and appearance intact.

We do not refund the cost of delivery and return delivery of a product of required quality.


Returning faulty product

In case of any defects detected during the warranty period, please fill out a return form. Photo and/or video of the product would be welcome.

Return of faulty products is carried out by CDEK and EMS (Russian Post) at the expense of the Online store. We will refund you the cost of delivery.


Product return procedure 

  • Pack each item for return in its original packaging;

  • Attach a filled-out return form and a receipt issued to you with the parcel;

  • To restrict access to the product, carefully close the box or package with parcel tape;

  • Send product by CDEK or EMS (Russian Post) at: 14 ul. Birlovo pole, office 302, Dmitrov;

  • Contact our managers to inform them about the shipping of the product at: +7 (977) 194-73-65 +7 (977) 194-73-57  (WhatsApp, Telegram), store@swimsolo.ru.


Terms of refund

Refunds are carried out by transferring the relevant amount to a bank account or other account specified in the return form.

The refund period is max. 10 days from the date of receiving the returned product (under Art. 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation No.2300-1 "On Protection of Consumers' Right" as of 7 February 1992). The exact date and time of crediting funds to your bank card depend on the internal procedures of your bank.


Exchange

If you detected any defects in the product during the warranty period, if the same product is on stock, you can exchange it for a new one of the same model and/or item number) under Art. 18 of Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumers' Right" as of 7 February 1992.

Return of faulty products is carried out by CDEK and EMS (Russian Post) at the expense of the Online store. We will refund you the cost of repeat delivery.


Please, note:

  • Underwear and hosiery are not subject to exchange and return (pursuant to Decree of the Russian Government No. 2463 as of 31 December 2020).

  • We do not refund the cost of delivery and return of the non-faulty products.

  • When returning products from an order for which bonuses under the loyalty programme were accrued, the bonuses for the returned products will not be accrued.

  • Individual settings of your computer and monitor, which resulted in misinformation or distorted information about the Products (colour, proportions and resolution of the image), cannot be the ground for return.
