How to Join

Registeron the website of the SOLOOnline Store: enter your phone number, email and password to log in to My account. You will receive a notice of consent to become a member of the loyalty program, confirm it to complete the registration.

How the bonus points are accrued

• When registering, fill out a brief form in My Account. If all the fields are filled in, you'll get 500 welcome bonus points.

• You will get 5% of the amount paid as bonus points. The bonus points are accrued in 14 calendar days from the date of payment and receipt of the order by the customer.

How to Use Bonus Points

• 1 bonus point = 1 rouble, which you can use for your next purchase in the SOLO Online Store.

• When making an order, select the quantity of bonus points you want to use, and the website will automatically change the cost of products in your cart.

• You can pay up to 30% of the cost of any product on the website, including those on sale, with the bonus points. You cannot use the bonus points to pay for the delivery.

Please, note:

The bonus points are accrued in 14 days from the date of order receipt acknowledgement in the customer's account.

Please, check your bonus account in "My Account".

You can use your bonus points within 9 months from the date of their accrual.

We do not pay cash equivalent for the bonus points collected.

When returning faulty products, all bonus points accrued for the product are returned to the bonus account of the customer, and their validity period is extended.

When returning a product, all bonus points accrued for this product will be cancelled.
