How to make an order: step-by-step guide
You can buy SOLO products in our Online store with or without authorization. To join the SOLO Club loyalty programme and benefit from special conditions, please register and log in to the website.
How to make an order
It is easy to do the shopping at the SOLO online store if you are a registered user - you can make your purchases and benefit from special conditions.
Fill out the registration form or log in to the website (upper right corner).
Go to the product catalogue or to the product page. You can also enter a query in the search bar (at the top of the page).
Select the size and quantity. Press "Add to cart" button.
All products added to the cart are displayed as an editable list: you can change the quantity, add or delete one or more items.
Press "Add to cart" button. You will be redirected to the payment page. Specify the address and method of delivery. The cost of delivery will then be calculated.
Choose payment option: by bank card, QR code or by transfer to the current account. If you chose to pay by bank card or by QR code, you will be redirected to a special page; if you chose to pay by transfer to the current account, and we will send an invoice to your email address.
After payment, the order will be processed. The order is collected and sent from the warehouse within 1-2 business days.
The order status is displayed in My account. The delivery time depends on your region and selected method of delivery.
One-click checkout
You can buy SOLO products in our Online store without authorization.
On the Product page select the desired size and quantity.
Press "1-Click Checkout" button.
Fill out the order form: indicate your name, last name, phone number and email address.
After the order is sent, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
Then you will receive an email with a link to pay for the products, including the cost of delivery. After we receive the payment, we will collect and send your order from the warehouse within 1-2 business days. The delivery time depends on your region and selected method of delivery.
