• The ball is supplied inflated.
• Use only a dedicated needle pump to adjust pressure. Before insertion, lubricate the needle and valve with soapy water or glycerin lubricant. Insert the needle at a straight angle using gentle rotational movements.
• Minor pressure adjustments are permitted; it is not recommended to completely deflate the ball to avoid damaging the varnish coating.
• Do not inflate the ball above the manufacturer's recommended diameter, as this may affect balance and rebound.
Using
• Use the ball only on a clean gym carpet or parquet.
• Avoid contact with linoleum, rubber, or contaminated surfaces.
Care
• After practice, wipe the ball with a soft cloth soaked in a warm soapy solution.
• Rinse off the remaining solution thoroughly and dry the surface with microfiber.
• Do not use abrasive sponges, aggressive cleaning agents or polishes.
Storage and transportation
• Store and transport the ball in a separate protective case at room temperature to avoid stains and damage.
• Avoid extreme cold, heat, and direct sunlight, as the material may lose elasticity.
• Do not place the ball near sharp or hard objects, the surface is sensitive.
