Delivery within the Russian Federation and Customs Union countries

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday from the factory warehouse in Dmitrov, Moscow Region, on the next working day after the order is placed.

CDEK. Orders placed before 16:00 with delivery via the CDEK transport company are dispatched on the same day.

Russian Post. Due to the operating schedule of Russian Post, orders with this delivery method are dispatched from Tuesday to Saturday on the next working day after the order is placed.

1. Your order can be delivered to pick-up points of the transport companies CDEK, Boxberry, or to a Russian Post office.

2. Door-to-door courier delivery is available via the CDEK transport company.

3. Delivery of bulky orders is carried out by the transport companies PEK, Delovye Linii, and Energia. The cost of such delivery is not included in the order total and must be paid separately upon receipt.

4. Self-pickup is available free of charge in Dmitrov from the parcel locker located at 60 Podyacheva Street, in the building of MUDO SShOR "Dynamo-Dmitrov".

International delivery

Delivery to any location worldwide is carried out by DHL and EMS. The shipping cost is calculated individually and depends on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

Pay by invoice

If you select "Pay by invoice", your order will be forwarded to our manager. We will send you an invoice with payment details to the specified email address.

Please, pay within 5 days from the invoice date. The funds are usually credited within 3 business days. After we receive your payment, we will collect and send your order the next business day using the shipping method selected by you.
