Product delivery

SOLO products are delivered worldwide. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Prepaid orders are shipped the next business day after payment from the factory warehouse in Dimitrov, Moscow Oblast.

Delivery within Russia and CU countries

Your order can be delivered to a pickup point of CDEK or a Russian Post office;

CDEK and EMS offer door-to-door courier delivery services.

Delivery of outsize orders is carried out by PEK, Delovye Linii and Jet Logistic. The cost of such delivery is not included in the order prices and is charged extra upon receipt.

Customer pickup is carried out for free in Dimitrov, at the CDEK partner pickup point on 3 ul. Moskovskaya.

You can pay your SOLO order in our Online Store in several ways.

Pay online by bank card

After the order is confirmed, you will be redirected to the online payment page. You need to enter the details of your bank card.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Mir cards.

When we receive your payment, we will pack and send your order within 1-2 business days.

Pay by QR code

"Pay by QR" is a modern and safe way to pay for purchases using a graphic code.

You can scan the QR code from your monitor in your online bank app. When paying from your smartphone, press the QR code. You will be automatically redirected to your online bank mobile app. The payment details and order amount will appear automatically. All you need to do is confirm payment.

When we receive your payment, we will pack and send your order within 1-2 business days.

Pay by invoice

If you select "Pay by invoice", your order will be forwarded to our manager. We will send you an invoice with payment details to the specified email address.

Please, pay within 5 days from the invoice date. The funds are usually credited within 3 business days. After we receive your payment, we will collect and send your order the next business day using the shipping method selected by you.
